Troubleshooting Steps

1. Check for any dirt or debris stuck in the drainer head and thoroughly rinse with water to remove any blockages.
2. Thoroughly rinse the drain tube and ensure there is no debris or small particles stuck inside. Check the tube for any damage that may cause water or air leaks, and seal any damaged areas with a patch.
3. Ensure the drain tube and siphon pump are securely attached to the drain head. If the connection appears loose, you can tighten it with a hose clamp.
4. Ensure the drain head is placed in the center of the pool cover or at the deepest part of standing water.
5. The drain tube should be kept lower than the drain head to allow the water to flow out.
6. Ensure there are no bends in the drain tube.
7. Repeatedly squeeze and release the siphon pump until you can see the water flowing out.
8. Water below the height of the drainer head will not be removed.
